I started my tattoo career in the summer of 2009 in my small hometown of Twenty-nine Palms, California. This town was also home to a Marine Corps base, which meant it was full of young Marines ready to get tattooed. This created an incredible training ground for me as a young tattoo artist to hone my skills. With no shortage of work, I was able to focus on the fundamentals of my craft; line work, saturation, and composition.
After 6 years of cutting my teeth in the desert, it was time for me to move on. I was eager to try my hand at more elaborate work, for a more discerning clientele. The fast pace environment of a street shop had given me the tools to confidently tattoo the basics, and now it was time for more than the basics. This led me to Arlington, Texas.
Since working at Depiction Tattoo Gallery, I have built an amazing clientele that has grown to trust in me and my work. With this trust, I am able to take the client's initial ideas and expand on them with considerable creative freedom. This allows me to deliver to the client the best I have to offer.
